Since 2021, Dougie Tamumo and Leanne Andrews have been bringing something genuinely different to Manchester's food scene: pasties that honour British tradition while celebrating African heritage.
Each pasty is shaped and crimped by hand, filled generously, and baked until the pastry is golden and flaky. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just food made the way it should be — with care, skill and pride.
