August is here, the pastry’s rolling, and we’ve got a proper lineup for you. Every pasty below is handmade from scratch — filled generously, crimped by hand, and baked to order. No conveyor belts. No shortcuts. Just honest, artisan comfort food with a Tam’s twist.
August range
Here’s what’s on the bench this month:
- Meat & Potato — the classic that started it all. Hearty, honest, and always satisfying.
- Steak — rich, slow-cooked beef in golden pastry. Proper depth of flavour.
- Cheese & Onion — sharp, savoury, and deeply comforting.
- Cheese & Jalapeño — creamy cheese with a kick. Comfort food with attitude.
- Chicken Tikka — aromatic spices, tender chicken. African-inspired warmth in every bite.
- Indian Spiced Veg — bold vegetables, fragrant spice. Proof that veg pasties can steal the show.
- Creamy Chicken & Mushroom — silky, savoury, and utterly moreish.
- Chicken & Leek — gentle, wholesome, and baked with care.
- Sausage, Cheese & Beans — full-on comfort. The one you didn’t know you needed.
That’s nine flavours — mix and match for orders, events, or just because it’s Tuesday and you deserve a pasty.
